Avo and Macadamia Dip
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1/3 cup macadamia nuts, chopped and roasted
Salt and pepper to taste
– Place avocado flesh, lemon juice and sour cream in a blender and process until smooth (can also mash with fork).
– Mix avocado with chives and nuts.
– Season to taste with salt and pepper.
– Chill until ready to serve, garnish with extra macadamia nuts if desired.
